Become a member of In the Garden Farm!
We are bypassing the more popular CSA for a more aptly titled – membership plan.
The farm membership model is meant to give interested people the ability to buy what we have available directly from our farm as well as participate, to whatever extent you desire, in the food production. Your participation can range from just buying our produce to helping in the fields to taking on some kind of ecological restoration project on the farm.
The yearly $25 membership fee will go directly to the purchase of produce while any additional produce beyond the annual fee can be paid for when you pick it up.
By becoming an In the Garden Farm member you are able to:
- buy fresh produce and products from the farm as they are available
- access u-pick crops when they are available
- receive the quarterly online newsletter with farm news
- bask in the good feeling that comes with participating in Austin’s local agricultural
When you become a member a weekly produce list will be emailed from which you may purchase what you like. The yearly membership fee will go directly to the purchase of produce while any additional produce beyond the annual fee can be paid for when you pick it up.

Produce will be available for pickup at the farm, but if desired by enough members, alternative delivery sites can be established.
There will be an annual membership meeting that we encourage everyone to attend. During this meeting we will set the yearly membership fee and discuss what crops we are planning for the upcoming year. As we grow and develop we are planning on being able to deliver larger quantities of many of the same crops as well as:
- goji berries
- black berries
- raspberries
- mulberries
- elderberries
- live plants
- tomatoes
- eggs
- assorted herbs
Our annual membership meetings will be a forum to talk about ways in which the farm can better support its members and address any and all issues concerning membership involvement with the farm.
Our goal is to create a membership community of mutual integrity, respect, nourishment and care.
